⚖️ DOTS Score Calculator
Powerlifting score that levels the bodyweight field
About this calculator
The DOTS formula is the standard way powerlifting federations compare lifters across weight classes. It converts your total and bodyweight into a single score using sex-specific coefficients fitted to real competition data, so a 70 kg lifter and a 120 kg lifter can be ranked fairly. Enter your numbers in kilograms or pounds.
Tip: A DOTS score around 300 is a solid intermediate lifter. Breaking 400 puts you in genuinely strong territory.
