⛽ Fuel Economy (MPG)
Miles per gallon from your fill-up data
About this calculator
Fuel economy tells you what your car really costs to run. Enter the distance driven and fuel used (or enter Canadian-style L/100 km directly), and the calculator converts between MPG (US and Imperial) and litres per 100 kilometres. It can also estimate fuel cost per trip and per year from your driving habits and local fuel price.
Tip: Canadian fuel economy ratings use L/100 km, where lower is better — the opposite of MPG — so a 6.5 L/100 km car is roughly 43 MPG Imperial.
